What we collect and why

When you create an account, we process your email, name, language and information needed for authentication. If you sign in with Google, we may receive your name and profile image. Chat messages are stored so you can resume a conversation and we can respond to your request. When you choose a plan, we store the plan, purchase or subscription status and transaction references to manage the service and provide support.

Payments and providers

Payments are processed by Stripe on its checkout page. We do not store full card details. We use Firebase for authentication and storage of accounts and conversations, Vercel to host the website and server functions, and email services for notifications relating to requests and conversations. These providers may process data under their own policies and applicable contractual safeguards.

Retention and your rights

We retain data for as long as needed to maintain your account, provide services and meet applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data and object to processing where the law allows. Email us at the address above; you may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority.

Cookies and local storage

We use only mechanisms needed for the website and authentication, including keeping your session and remembering that you have seen the opening animation. This version does not use advertising or optional analytics. If that changes, we will update this information and request consent before activating those mechanisms when required.
