Can you build a client area with sign-in?
Yes, when authentication and the required journeys are included in the proposal. Access and permissions are defined around the project's users and data.
Is a web app the same as a mobile app?
No. A web app runs in a browser. Publishing a native app to mobile stores is a different scope that needs separate assessment.
